The Boston Corporate & Securities Group combines legal experience with business insight to provide clients with commercially sound legal services. We regularly handle matters of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and public company transactions, fund formation and investments, and cross-border transactions. Our Intellectual Property Group is a leader in the emerging field of nanotechnology. Our attorneys are well known for connecting start-ups, academic institutions, and investment funds to promote the growth of nanotechnology businesses coast to coast. The firm's Boston team includes many nationally known attorneys who share with clients the added value of their significant previous experience outside of private practice.
